Waste Issue Report or Enquiry (WIRE) Form

As part of the continued efficiency drives within SSP and to ensure prompt and measurable service provision to our partners, we are introducing our new on-line Waste Issue Report or Enquiry (WIRE) service.

From 1st October 2010, this service will be the only method by which to report issues around waste management. Previously all waste issues were reported to SSP Help Desk.

If you are a Trust member of staff, GP or Pharmacy this will make your life much easier and you will get a response to your query within 24hrs and the problem resolved within 48hrs of registering an issue using this form. This new on-line tool will also allow contractors to get in touch with us to report defects more effectively. If you have a waste related issue, such as a missed collection or simply require advice, we now have the perfect new system for you to get in touch.
