Projects and Partnering

The division has a strong track record in the delivery of capital projects within the NHS. We provide a full range of project management services to both internal and external clients, from initial advisory and feasibility work through the complex business case process to commissioning and occupation of a new building. This division encompasses both strategic and operational functions provided by our partner divisions within the SSP.

Our key areas of deliverability are project management, production of business cases, health planning, estate disposals and primary care developments.
