Providing a full range of estates and facilities services to both internal and external clients to meet customer requirements, agreed budgets and contacts. To ensure that our financial services financial plan and targets are met as well as pro-actively contributing to all client financial recovery plans.
  • We provide a wide range of operational services for our clients including:

  • 24 hour maintenance to cover unforeseen, out-of hours emergencies.
  • Catering – expert nutrition advice, in-house catering service if needed, risk assessment and help on risk removal.
  • Cleaning - a full range of domestic services working with both in-house and contracted staff to meet national cleanliness standards and help clients deliver their operational target to reduce Healthcare Associated Infections.
  • Ground and gardens maintenance.
  • Pest control.
  • Transport – tailor-made packages consisting of one or more services such as buying and disposing of vehicles, non-emergency patient transport and handling insurance claims.
  • Building and engineering maintenance – maintenance and repair services to required standards.
  • Telecommunications management.
